We are not happy with the installation of our 2 storm doors. Installers screwed screws in to far causing them to poke out on the of doors.The doors are not square in the doorways, we can see gaps and daylight coming in. ( not going to keep the storms out). Waiting for them to make it right. We went with this Company because of how long they have been in Erie, sadly we have not been impressed.

Great experience from the sales rep that came to the house to talk about options and pricing to the quality of work from the installers was A+. The only issue I had was the next day the outside trim pulled away from the house due to extreme humid condition such that the caulking didn't adhere correctly. However one call to customer service, after she kept apologizing numerous times, the appointment was scheduled as soon as possible. I know that I will definitely use them again when budget allows to replace several other of our old farmhouse windows.
