We had windows installed 14 years ago. Recently, I called because two of the windows had become hazy and grey. I called. Window World explained the situation, the took the numbers off of each window and they were replace in about 8 weeks. The man who came to replace them was kind and knowledgeable. Very happy that chose Window World.

Window World of Erie did a great job with some replacement windows years ago and then recently came back to replace a piece of glass that my daughter broke for free!.. They even fixed a screen my dog jumped out of. Service is great and the product is great as well.
